There were different playlists for different moods/times of the day.Lighting reflected real time and constantly changed throughout the day.
The residents were asked back for the last hour between 7 and 8 pm. They were invited to 'meet and greet' thier neighbours with drink and cake.
At 8 pm the streetlights came on in the village, marking the end of the day. Residents were then able to take their 'home' home.
